Muddle a sprig of Mint and a slice of lime into the bottom of the glass.

Place ice in the glass and add 25ml or 50ml of Elderflower Gin Aperitif.

Add 200ml of ice cold Indian Tonic.

Stir to combine the flavours of the drink and serve.
