Bruise a sprig of rosemary or a slice of orange in the bottom of the glass by muddling it gently.
Place ice in the glass and add 25 or 50ml of Lavande Gin Aperitif.
Add 200ml of ice cold Indian Tonic or Soda Water.
Stir to combine the flavours of the drink and serve.
