Muddle a sprig of mint and a slice of lime into the bottom of the glass.
Or, a sprig of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit.
Place ice in the glass and add 25ml of Hibiscus Gin Aperitif.
Add 200ml of ice cold Indian Tonic or Soda Water.
Stir to combine the flavours of the drink and serve.
