Serving Suggestion

Lavender

Step 1. Prepare the Base

Bruise a sprig of rosemary and a slice of orange in the bottom of the glass by muddling it gently.

Step 2. The Spirit

Place ice in the glass and add 25 or 50ml of Lavander Gin Aperitif.

Step 3. The Effervescence

Add 200ml of ice cold Indian Tonic or Soda Water.

Step 3. The Finish

Stir to combine the flavours of the drink and serve.
